Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping from Qalyn.com Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order cut-off time: 10 P.M.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 days (Monday-Friday) of order placement, All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. All orders will require signature at the time of delivery.
If you wish to have shipping expedited or have any special shipping needs, please email info@qalyn.com immediately after purchasing. We will be happy to price out alternative shipping options for you and invoice you separately for the incremental cost in shipping.
If you live in the Washington D.C. area and would like to pick up your rug from out warehouse, select "local pick-up" at checkout. We love to meet our customers in person!
The typical delivery time after shipment is 2-5 days. (Monday – Friday)
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on most of the orders within the United states. For those products that we do not offer free shipping, the shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout based on delivery address, order weight, parcel size, and package insurance costs and typically range between $50-100 per item. Orders that include multiple packages will pay shipping based on the total cost to ship and insure all items.
Currently we only offer free shipping within the United States and Canada. If you wish to have a rug shipped internationally, there will be a shipping cost calculated during check out.
Lost Shipments
If at least 2 days have elapsed since the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service via email at info@qalyn.com and allow us at least 5 days to investigate the item(s) whereabouts with the courier service. If we cannot track your shipment after the 5-day investigation, the shipment will be declared lost, and you will be entitled to a full refund or we will send a replacement if you choose so.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
